ACT Prep Options

At Impact Tutoring Services, we offer tailored ACT Prep programs to meet the unique needs of every student. Choose from the following options:

Cost: $750 (Value: $1,450)

This comprehensive program is ideal for students just starting their ACT Prep journey. Taught by Olivia, the class is limited to 8 students and includes:

• 16 hours of instruction over 8 weeks (2-hour sessions each week) leading up to a scheduled test
• The Official ACT Guide
• A Mathchops account for unlimited math practice
• A Grammarchops account for targeted grammar improvement
• Weekly score reports to monitor progress

Students learn foundational strategies and basics in a collaborative, engaging environment, benefiting from expert instruction at a significantly reduced cost.

Payment & Cancellation Policy (ACT Class)

To reserve your spot in the 8-week ACT Prep Course, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward the total course cost of $750 and secures your place in the class.

The remaining balance is due no later than one week before the first class. If the balance is not paid by that deadline, your spot may be forfeited and offered to a student on the waitlist.

Please note that all payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed classes. However, in limited cases and at the discretion of Impact Tutoring Services, a credit may be applied toward a future course if notice is given at least 72 hours before the first class.

Cost: $175 per session (1.5 hours each)

This personalized option provides tailored support for students at any stage of their ACT Prep journey. While we recommend using a previous score report to develop a strategic plan, it is not required. We suggest 8 sessions before a scheduled test. Tutoring is conducted by Olivia, ensuring expert and individualized guidance.

Payment & Cancellation Policy (1-to-1 Individual Sessions)

Full payment is due at the time of registration to hold your spot for an individual session.

If something comes up, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice so we can apply your payment as a credit toward a future session.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit, as time is specifically reserved for each student.

Cost: $375/month

Students can drop in as often as they like to work with our highly qualified high school tutors, all of whom have scored 30+ on the ACT. This flexible option is perfect for ongoing skill-building and includes:

• A Mathchops account for unlimited math practice
• A Grammarchops account for targeted grammar improvement

This program allows students to work at their own pace, focusing on the skills they need most.
